Who is BLANCO ®, Inc. and how long have you been selling labels and ribbons?

BLANCO ®, Inc. is located in Roanoke, Virginia.  We have been in business since 1996.  BLANCO ® was started to manufacture blank pressure sensitive labels.  We have since evolved into a fully functional label print shop with the capabilities to print up to 8 colors using water based and UV inks, cold foil, overlaminates, custom die cuts and many different material options. 

How long will it take for my labels to arrive?

Most of BLANCO’s products are kept on our shelves in Salem, Virginia.  Stocked label products will ship in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the specific item page.  Our primary shipping carrier is UPS and transit times can vary between 1-5 business days, depending on where you are located.  We do offer expedited shipping options and can accommodate most special shipping requests.  Call us with questions! 888-325-2626

How is the quality of the labels?

BLANCO uses only the highest quality paper stocks available.  We work with many large material vendors. 

What are BLANCO’s normal business hours?

We operate Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:00pm.  Orders received after 3:00pm EST, will be processed next business day.  We try our very best to get all orders shipped as they are received.  UPS picks up at 4:00pm.  If we have it, we’ll ship it!

What kind of adhesives to you use for the labels?

BLANCO uses many different adhesives for our products.  We use general purpose permanent adhesive, general purpose removable adhesive, cold temperature adhesives, as well as many more.  Adhesives are specific to the material type.  If you don’t see the adhesive you need, or have a special application need, please call us to discuss and we’d be happy to provide a custom quote.  888-325-2626

Do I have to order over the Internet?

No. If you don’t feel comfortable giving your credit card information over the Internet, please feel free to call us at 1-888-325-2626 to place your order.  Our website is secure and we do practice PCI compliance guidelines. 

Can I get samples to try in my printer?

Yes, we can provide you with samples to try in your printer; just call us. Samples are generally sent by regular mail and take 4-7 business days to arrive.

What types of payment does BLANCO accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For special payment requirements, please call our office, 888-325-2626, to discuss.  We are happy to work with you on payment requirements. 

How do I apply for a Net 30 terms account (credit account)?

If you are a business with an established history of credit and are interested in opening an account for Net 30 Terms, please call us at 1-888-325-2626.  We do require order minimums of $500 for Net 30 Terms.  Any orders that fall below the minimum still require prepayments.  Please keep this in mind when inquiring about Net 30 Terms. 

What is your return policy?

BLANCO accepts returns on most of our products.  Please call us at 888-325-2626 to discuss.  Here are some general return guidelines.  We require the product to be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.  We require an RMA for returns.  Anything returned without on, will not be accepted.  The product must be returned in good condition and will be inspected before a credit is issued.  Some of our products do have a 15% restocking fee.  We also have products that cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of your product choice, please call us and we will be happy to help you figure out your needs. 

Sometimes, we don’t get your order just quite right!  It happens, we are human.  In this case we will do what is necessary to make it right and will take care of all the return shipping costs.
